Job summary

ams OSRAM Group seeks a Senior AI & Generative AI Architect to define and evolve secure, scalable enterprise AI architectures. You will drive standards, reference patterns, and technology foundations across Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, and enterprise search, leveraging Microsoft, Snowflake, and Databricks.

You will lead architecture reviews, ensure security/governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, AI, or related field.
• Several years of enterprise cloud, data, and AI architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure & AI ecosystem as listed.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and data platforms.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, and vector search.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements (security, privacy, observability).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture and tech roadmap.
• Establish AI reference architectures and design patterns.
• Define architectures for Generative AI and agentic apps.
• Shape AI/Data tech landscape across Microsoft Foundry, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Define security, governance, observability, performance principles.
• Lead architecture reviews with AI, data, and software teams.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and provide strategic guidance.
