Oliver Wyman seeks an ML Engineer focusing on Generative AI and unstructured data to design, build, and operationalize AI systems in production. You will create robust pipelines and scalable APIs, working with data scientists and engineers in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

Responsibilities include deployment, monitoring, and retrieval workflows, with collaboration across teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions while adhering to enterprise standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years building production ML or AI systems with unstructured data pipelines.
• Experience turning experiments into scalable services and APIs.
• Hands-on with NLP, OCR, embeddings, or semantic search in production environments.
• Strong Python/SQL skills and ability to design end-to-end ML tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable ML pipelines for unstructured data like documents, images, and text.
• Develop production-ready AI services and APIs consumed by internal platforms.
• Operationalize ML and Generative AI workflows, including packaging and deployment.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and model performance tracking for reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to move models to production and support CI/CD/MLOps.
• Document systems and decisions for cross-functional teams.
