Bosch Group is seeking a DevOps & Generative AI Engineer to design and implement AI agents supporting engineering activities across development lifecycles. You will develop AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Qualificações
- Degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI or equivalent.
- Experience in Generative AI development or AI agent orchestration.
- Strong Python and API-based architectures background.
- Experience with microservices and modern software practices.
- Familiarity with JSON, PDFs, and technical docs.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement Generative AI agents to aid requirements, documentation, test interpretation, and failure analysis.
- Develop AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and domain-specific sources.
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for data.
- Integrate AI agents with engineering tools, databases, repos, and platforms.
- Ensure reliability, traceability, security, and responsible AI in regulated environments.
- Collaborate with engineering experts to evaluate performance, usability, and business value.
- Document architectures, APIs, integration concepts, and operation guidelines.
- Work with security/compliance teams to implement trustworthy AI solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI platforms, DevOps practices, and processes.
