Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Perform daily operations according to standards.
• Sow, plant, and cultivate various plants.
• Harvest and preserve flowers and vegetables.
• Assist team members in their tasks.
• Till soil, apply fertilizers, transplant, thin, prune or cut as needed.
• Harvest, clean, pack and load harvested products.
• Use hand tools and small machines related to agricultural work.
• Clean tools and equipment after use and keep them tidy.
• Assist teammates to perform services professionally and on time.
• Report damage to tools/equipment immediately.
• Separate composting and green waste for recycling and SOPs while prioritizing sustainability.
• Carry out daily harvesting and animal care as required.
• Dehydrate and preserve flowers, aromatics and vegetables with best quality and hygiene.
• Represent company with integrity and professionalism.
