Swiss Life Asset Managers in Lisbon seeks a Fund Accountant to join our growing team and contribute to the accounting and reporting for funds and investment structures. You will interact with cross-border stakeholders and help build scalable processes in a collaborative, international environment.

The role offers hybrid working model and exposure to fund GAAP, NAV calculations, and regulatory reporting. A background in accounting with ~4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and English

Qualificações

• Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Accounting degree preferred).
• Approximately 4 years of experience in relevant accounting roles (e.g., real estate or fund accounting).
• Exposure to Luxembourg GAAP and real estate/alternative investment fund industry is a strong asset.
• Experience with Yardi or similar fund accounting systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate accounting records for funds, SPVs and other entities and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations with trial balances.
• Oversee accounting prepared by external service providers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Record adjustments for fund, group, and statutory reporting.
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with local and fund-specific requirements.
• Coordinate audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Assist with consolidation and NAV calculations with Fund GAAP adjustments.
• Support regulatory reporting and data delivery in required formats.
• Assist with accounting systems (Yardi, SAP) and contribute to process improvements.
