Decskill, an IT consulting firm within the Astek Group, is growing a data-focused team in Portugal and seeks a Data Analyst to join our Lisbon and Porto offices. You will turn large datasets into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

You will design ETL processes, data warehouses, and dashboards using Python and SQL, collaborating with Sales, Traders, and business sponsors to deliver reliable analytics.

Qualificações

• Experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, automation, and analysis.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data quality, data validation, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with business users and technical teams.
• Good level of english.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support the Global Markets Front Office.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes and automated data pipelines.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data warehouses and data models to support business reporting and analytics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
• Automate data processing and reporting workflows using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, Sales, Traders, and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and analytical models.
• Support the industrialization and optimization of data processing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and operational processes.
• Document data flows, ETL processes, and analytical solutions following best practices.

We are looking for an Data Analyst!

Responsabilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support the Global Markets Front Office.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes and automated data pipelines.
