Job summary

Noesis is seeking a Functional Analyst with banking domain expertise to gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into complete functional specifications. You will model processes and data flows in Asset (Credit) or Liability (Accounts/Deposits) areas and accompany development teams to resolve functional questions and coordinate with external vendors.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years as a Functional Analyst in the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in at least one core banking domain: Credit or Liabilities.
• Solid background in process analysis, functional design, functional testing, and writing user stories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills bridging business and tech teams.

• Accompany technical teams during development to clarify functional doubts, and manage coordination with external vendors and partners;
• Validate solutions by designing test plans, performing functional testing, and supporting incident management, root-cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within the banking sector;
• Strong expertise in at least one core banking domain: Credit (Consumer, Mortgage, Corporate) or Liabilities (Current Accounts, Time Deposits);
• Solid background in process analysis, functional design, functional testing, and writing comprehensive user stories;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and resilient profile, with strong analytical thinking and efficient time management in collaborative environments.
