Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

1. Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications using React for the frontend and Java for the backend.
2. Innovate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks.
3. Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Java.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.
3. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
5. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
2. Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
