Job summary

Landfall.ai is seeking an exceptional Tech Lead (Full Stack / Front End) to drive core user and AI-agent experiences. You will operate at the intersection of high-performance backend architecture and cutting-edge frontend interfaces, leading by example and mentoring engineers to world-class execution.

This role requires ownership, the ability to architect scalable solutions, and a deep understanding of both software fundamentals and AI-driven systems.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in computer science and software engineering including algorithms and data structures.

As our Tech Lead (Full Stack / Front End), you will drive our core user and AI-agent experiences. You will operate at the intersection of high-performance backend architecture and cutting-edge frontend interfaces.

We are looking for someone who takes extreme ownership. You will lead by example, push technical boundaries, architect scalable solutions, and mentor a team of engineers to execute at a world-class level.

This isn’t a standard management or ticket-taking role.

• Solid fundamentals: Great Comp Science & Software Engineering Fundamentals: You peek under the hood. You enjoy algorithms, data structures and distributed systems.

• Full-Stack Mastery: High quality, self sufficient, with good taste.

• AI enthusiast: aware of AI, don’t just follow AI trends; you have strong, reasoned opinions on how AI should be done correctly.

• AI & Ontology Expertise: You are excited about complex and interactive (== fast!) data systems

• Technical Ownership: You know what good looks like, can explain “why”. Your personal standards are high, and you will help the team grow.

We deploy often, to the cloud and on-prem, and work in English.
