Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React including hooks and state management.
• Strong backend experience with .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core/Web API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, EF Core and MongoDB.
• Experience deploying on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team, working across both frontend and backend development to build and improve high-quality, modern web applications.

You’ll work across TypeScript, React, .NET and Azure, collaborating closely with engineers, product and design teams to deliver scalable and reliable software.

The team is also embracing AI-assisted development and agentic coding practices, using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code to improve development velocity and code quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong TypeScript and React experience, including hooks, context and state management
• Strong backend development experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core / Web API
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Experience using, or strong enthusiasm for, AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CI/CD and DevOps experience
• Understanding of application security and OWASP
• Experience integrating AI into software development workflows
• Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment
