Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Experience turning product problems into clear specifications for AI agents.

Responsabilidades

• Translate ambiguous product problems into testable specs with success criteria.
• Collaborate with AI tools and build guardrails to maintain product stability.
• Drive agent-based tasks in small, verifiable steps and adjust when output drifts.
• Own shipped agents from production debugging to preventive measures like tests and lint rules.
• Deliver medium-to-complex features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Create production-ready, reusable React components and integrate with backend.
