Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer - React to turn product problems into precise specifications for AI agents and ship robust frontend components. You will work on an agentic ecosystem, build guardrails, and drive features from concept to production.

The role emphasizes owning the shipped agents, debugging to root cause, and ensuring stability while collaborating with product and backend teams in a fast-paced environment in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Experience setting up agentic workflows with AI agents.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with ownership across execution and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Turn ambiguous product problems into clear, testable specifications that agents can execute against.
• Work with AI tools to adapt and improve agentic ecosystem with guardrails and processes for stability.
• Drive agents in small, verifiable steps and re-steer when output drifts from intent.
• Own shipped agents to production: debug to root cause and encode prevention (tests, lint rules, constraints).
• Ship medium-to-complex features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Deliver production-quality, reusable React components and integrate with backend.
