Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong React.js with knowledge of component contracts and performance.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JSON, build tools, and Git.
• Excellent debugging skills and cross-browser performance mindset.
• Ability to guide AI toward semantic, accessible HTML and explain architecture decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Turn ambiguous product problems into clear, testable specifications for agents.
• Work with AI tools and build guardrails to keep product stable.
• Drive agent development in small, verifiable steps and correct drift.
• Own production shippable agents; debug to root cause and encode prevention.
• Ship medium-to-complex features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Deliver production-ready React components and integrate with backend.
