DOJO AI is building an AI-first frontend experience where AI agents and real-time data drive intelligent interactions. You’ll own the frontend architecture and data access, shaping how users collaborate with autonomous agents and how the UI surfaces intelligence.

You’ll work with design and backend/AI engineers to deliver fast, maintainable, and delightful interfaces, in a hybrid setup based in Lisbon. This role spans product surface decisions and end-to-end frontend delivery.

Qualificações

• Strong experience building complex, high-performing web applications with high design standards
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript, with strong opinions on frontend architecture
• Design sensibility and the instinct to partner on UX
• A track record of owning technical areas end-to-end
• Strong foundations in CS or Engineering
• Experience with data access layers (Supabase, Firebase, or similar) and shaping how the frontend owns its data
• Experience building for multiple platforms from a web stack (React Native, Electron, Tauri, PWA) is a plus
• Experience with data visualization (D3, Plotly, or similar) is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own the frontend application architecture - component systems, state management, performance, build tooling, and developer experience
• Build rich, data-intensive interfaces and AI-native UX with just-in-time interfaces and agentic workflows
• Own the client-to-data layer - shaping data access patterns via Supabase and backend interactions
• Partner with designers on UX decisions and contribute to the design system
• Help shape our engineering culture through code review and architectural decisions
