DOJO is seeking a Product Engineer who will ship end-to-end features across the interface, service, data, and the AI layer. You’ll work closely with founders to understand customer needs and translate them into shipped product decisions, even when specs are incomplete.

You’ll operate across the stack, from React UI to Python/FastAPI, balancing fast delivery with quality. Join a team that values customers, clarity, and fast iteration in a hybrid Lisbon setting.

• Move fast: prototype quickly, validate in production, and ship with AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with founders, product, design, and backend/AI engineers.
• Help shape engineering culture through code reviews and pragmatic architecture.
