You will mentor engineers, drive coding standards, and stay ahead of frontend trends while maintaining accessibility and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with React and backend API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with real‑time protocols (WebSockets) and complex state management.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and WCAG accessibility.
• Excellent problem solving and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web apps.
• Lead the development team, define coding standards and processes.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless UX.
• Develop reusable UI components and design systems for consistency.
• Implement real‑time collaboration features and manage state.
• Stay current with frontend tech and evaluate new tools for projects.
• Mentor front‑end developers and conduct code reviews.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify issues and propose solutions.
