Candidate profile

• Native-level French (C2) and good level in English
• Previous experience in Customer service or Technical support is an advantage. but not required
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics
• Patient, proactive, and team-oriented
• Highly confidential with sensitive information
• EU passport or valid residence permit
