CloserHire is recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal. No prior experience required, relocation support available.

You will help players worldwide with technical issues, account management, and product inquiries through phone, email, and chat. You will join an international team delivering top-notch support across multiple channels, with opportunities for growth in a global organization.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Passion for gaming, tech, and consumer electronics
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work rotating schedules within operating hours

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
• Assist players with account management, login, and payment inquiries
• Troubleshoot gaming consoles, software, and connected devices
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
• Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up
• Deliver professional, friendly, customer-focused support in every interaction
