CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic French speakers to join their customer support team in Porto for the Bouygues Telecom project. This role requires no previous experience as training will be provided.

You will handle incoming inquiries, advise customers on subscriptions, and actively share the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture. Successful candidates will have good communication skills and live within 30km of Porto.

Qualificações

• Native or strong C2 proficiency in French.
• Must live within a 30km radius of Porto.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills requested.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from customers.
• Provide personalized solutions regarding subscriptions and billing.
• Actively promote the Bouygues Telecom culture.
