CB Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support representative in Lisbon to assist users of a GPS navigation or streaming platform via chat, email and occasional calls. The role is on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts and a focus on delivering excellent user support.
You should have customer support experience, be capable of working in an international team, and be ready to relocate if needed; a €2,000 relocation bonus is offered, along with meal, transport, and a performance bonus.

- Approx. €16,100 gross per year
- Meal allowance, transport bonus and performance bonus

- €2,000 relocation bonus for candidates moving from outside mainland Portugal
- Customer support experience preferred
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. On-site in Lisbon.
