BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist to support users of an innovative e-health platform in Braga. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, guiding users and solving issues to ensure a smooth experience.

Fluency in French (C1/C2) is required, and you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow, training, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with questions related to their accounts, platform features, services, and general requests.
• Help customers navigate the e-health platform with clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and quality.
• Stay updated on platform features and policies through training.
