KCS IT is seeking a French-speaking Application Support professional to join our Lisbon-based hybrid team. You will handle incident management, monitor systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality.

English communication is essential, and knowledge of Linux/Windows will underpin daily troubleshooting. The role requires 4+ years in a similar environment, with cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell/Python.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Application Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs and middleware.
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Experience working with ITSM tools and Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in French (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).

We are looking for an Amazing: French-Speaking Application Support

Seniority: Mid-level (4+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware;
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python);
• Experience working with ITSM tools and Agile/DevOps environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix, Splunk, or similar;
• Experience supporting critical production environments;
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines;
• Cloud certifications or Linux certifications.
