Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring for an AI Labeling & Evaluation Agent (French-Speaking) on-site to contribute to advanced AI systems by evaluating responses and applying guidelines.

You will label outputs in French, ensure quality and safety, and work with structured text and datasets in a global technology setting. The role offers training, career development, and an international team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1) with strong English (B2).
• Experience in AI data annotation or LLM evaluation preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply complex guidelines to varied content.
• Experience with Generative AI and annotation platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated responses according to quality guidelines.
• Label language model outputs accurately and consistently.
• Assess content for quality, factual accuracy, safety and policy compliance.
• Apply complex annotation guidelines across scenarios.
• Identify inconsistencies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high quality while meeting productivity targets.
• Work with structured text and language data.
• Protect confidentiality and follow project standards.
• Contribute to AI system improvements through evaluations and feedback.
