Eugenia Talent recherche un(e) spécialiste du recrutement francophone, capable de sourcer et d’évaluer des talents internationaux. Le poste exige une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, une forte autonomie et la volonté de travailler en indépendant.

Le candidat devra être prêt à déménager en Genève pour la formation initiale et à voyager régulièrement afin de rencontrer les équipes et les clients. Environnement dynamique et opportunités de formation professionnelle en Suisse.

Qualificações

• Expérience en recrutement ou sourcing souhaitée.
• Disponible pour déménagement à Genève pour formation initiale.
• Disponible pour voyager tous les 2–3 mois.
• Capacité à travailler en tant que contractant indépendant.
• Excellentes capacités de communication en français et anglais.
• Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
• Esprit analytique et résolution de problèmes.

Responsabilidades

• Source des candidats via job boards, réseaux sociaux et recommandations.
• Évaluer les candidatures et mener des entretiens.
• Gérer le processus d’entretien et proposer des offres.
• Organiser les communications avec le client et planifier les réunions.

The Offer:

• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and referral.
• Assess candidate's qualifications by reviewing their resumes and conducting interviews.

• Arrange communication with client and conduct meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment/sourcing will be valued.
• Availability to relocate from 4 to 6 weeks to Geneva to conduct the initial training and understand the work and culture.
• Availability to travel every 2-3 months to the office to meet the team.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in French and English.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
