Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service or similar is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Organised, with good time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate interactions according to established quality standards.
