BlueView Talent seeks a Content Reviewer to help make the digital world safer by moderating user-generated content in Lisbon. You will ensure compliance with platform policies, maintain community guidelines, and protect users while supporting a respectful online environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and are proactive in learning about evolving online safety challenges within the travel domain.

Formación

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content according to policies and guidelines.
• Apply moderation standards consistently to make accurate decisions.
• Manage content-related requests professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold platform standards.
• Identify trends and flag harmful or suspicious activity for investigation.
• Escalate complex cases per internal procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive content.
• Keep up to date with policy changes and moderation best practices.
