Feedzai is seeking a Product Manager for Fraud & Identity solutions. You will work across Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design, shaping the product strategy and driving the roadmap in a fast-paced, open environment.

You will gather customer feedback, work with cross-functional teams, and define how risk models and rules evolve to meet emerging business needs, while ensuring alignment with the product strategy. Remote work is supported.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager for a fraud/identity product.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide direction and measurable goals.
• Fluency in English; additional Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify future roadmap scope for Fraud Prevention Solutions.
• Understand product usage and CSAT data to identify improvements.
• Gather customer feedback and map it into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate sprint activities with engineering teams to deliver features.
• Collaborate with Research, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to align the roadmap.
