Jobgether Srl is seeking a Security Engineer (Fractional) to elevate enterprise-grade security for a technology organization. The role is part-time and fully remote, based in Portugal, with cross-border privacy and security focus across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

You will shape the security strategy, establish practical controls, and mentor engineering teams to adopt secure coding and DevSecOps practices, while balancing security with business agility.

Qualificações

• Hands-on security engineering across cloud, apps, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with security assessments, audits, and vendor reviews.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is highly valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a 12-month security roadmap aligning security with business pace.
• Maintain a security risk register and prioritize remediation by impact.
• Mentor IT leadership and translate technical actions into measurable controls.
• Provide guidance on secure coding, OWASP, DevSecOps, and best practices.
• Strengthen security across cloud, CI/CD, IAM, and endpoint security.
