Job summary

team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ brands across Europe, providing hosting, SaaS, and related services to 3.3 million SMB customers. The FP&A Senior Analyst will deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting and modelling to support CFO, CRO and Executive leadership, ensuring accurate insight across a multi-brand, multi-entity structure.

The role encompasses management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, business analysis, financial planning or FP&A in a multi-brand environment.
• Experience preparing management information, board materials or budgets/forecasts to a professional standard and demanding timetable.
• Experience in private-equity-backed, subscription, SaaS, hosting or technology businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly reporting package for CFO, Executive Committee, Board and shareholders.
• Conduct deep-dive financial and commercial analysis to inform decisions.
• Ensure divisional and group reporting is accurate and delivered on tight timelines.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
• Support central business control framework including tracking of central function spend vs budget.
• Assist with lender and Board reporting narratives and analysis of exceptions and synergies.

Position

The FP&A Senior Analyst provides high-quality analysis, reporting and modelling support to FP&A leadership, helping to ensure the CFO, CRO, Executive Committee, Board and shareholders receive accurate, timely and insightful financial information. The role supports the group's management reporting and central business control agenda, acting as a reliable, detail-oriented partner to senior stakeholders across team.blue's multi-brand, multi-entity structure.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of the monthly reporting package for the CFO, Executive Committee, Board and shareholders/investors.
• Assist with deep-dive financial and commercial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Help ensure divisional and group reporting is consistent, accurate and delivered on a demanding timetable across all brands and entities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Support the central business control framework, including tracking of central function spend against budget and analysis of overspends.
• Assist with lender and Board reporting narratives, and analysis of exceptionals, synergies and normalisations.

Profile

Experience

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, business analysis, financial planning or FP&A, ideally within a complex, multi-entity or multi-brand organisation.
• Experience preparing management information, board materials or budgets/forecasts to a professional standard and demanding timetable.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed, subscription, SaaS, hosting or technology business is an advantage.
• Some exposure to financial modelling, KPI/performance frameworks, or business control processes is beneficial.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; part-qualified or newly qualified professional accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent (e.g. CFA) is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; fluency with BI platforms is an advantage (Power BI, Tableau) and, where relevant, planning platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) or consolidation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the rigour and attention to detail required for control-sensitive and Board-level materials.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self-starter, comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
