CourtMaster is a sports‑tech startup building the future of padel through smart camera systems, livestreaming, and AI‑powered analytics. We operate across multiple countries and are now scaling both our B2B and B2C offerings.

You will join at an exciting moment of growth, new markets, new product launches, new technology and play a critical role in building the AI engine that powers everything from player statistics to our vision of a personalized digital coach. We are currently installed on 150+ courts in 22 countries and aiming for 400+ by the end of 2026.

This role is ideal for someone who wants maximum exposure to startup operations, decision‑making, and company‑building.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founders Associate to support the CEO and management team across all fronts. You need to be the kind of person who says “Give it to me, I’ll figure it out.”

If you are organised, process driven, pro‑active, enjoy agency and are eager to learn in an international fast‑paced environment this is for you.

The role begins as an internship with a path to permanent employment, access to equity incentive structure and long‑term ownership of key processes in a fast growing sport‑tech start‑up.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the CEO on priority operational tasks
  • Collaborate with management team to support on growth and tech‑related operations
  • Take ownership of internal processes as you grow
• Customer Support & Customer Success
  • Help new clubs and players onboard smoothly
  • Collect feedback and identify recurring issues
  • Respond to support tickets and operational issues
• Shipping, Logistics & Deployments
  • Coordinate worldwide shipments of our CourtMaster camera systems
  • Manage carriers, customs, tracking, and client communication
  • Support installations and remote onboarding for clubs
• Finance & Admin
  • Coordinate with clients and accounting (invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation)
  • Support Stripe, TOConline, and expense management
  • Maintain clean records for accounting and compliance
• Office Support
  • Manage and support office setup, supplies, and vendor management
  • Assist with administrative tasks (contracts, onboarding, coordination)
  • Maintain documentation and internal systems

Requirements

Must‑Haves

• Educational Background – Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
• Highly organized, methodical, and detail‑oriented
• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• High ownership, autonomy, and resilience

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience in operations, support, logistics, or admin
• Spanish language
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Basic hardware/tech troubleshooting
