Job summary

Base360.ai is looking for a Founder in Residence to build a new venture within the company. You will identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry, assemble a team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, define the vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan, and work with engineering, product, design and AI teams to move quickly. The role evolves into long-term leadership of your venture.

• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Build a business that could operate as its own division or independent company.
