Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Foreign Trade Classification Data (FTCD) Process Rollout Specialist. The role focuses on documenting and visualizing the current FTCD landscape, coordinating rollouts, and supporting global deployment of FTCD processes with cross-functional teams.

You'll build process improvements, coordinate training, and ensure successful implementation of changes, with opportunities for career progression and international exposure within the Bosch Group.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in business/logistics/international trade or related field.
• Experience in process management, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Experience supporting rollout, documentation, or change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of foreign trade, customs or related functions is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, GTS, T&R or Docupedia is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Document and visualize the current end-to-end FTCD process landscape and related activities.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and harmonization initiatives with stakeholders.
• Contribute to global rollout of FTCD processes and related transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate rollout activities, stakeholder alignment, training prep and communication.
• Support operational and project activities to ensure successful process changes.
• Act as a key support to the FTCD Process Owner and help optimize tariff classification processes.
• Assist handover of stabilized processes and governance structures to the responsible organization.

• Coordinate rollout activities, stakeholder alignment, training preparation, and communication actions.
• Support operational and project-related activities to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Act as a key support to the FTCD Process Owner and contribute to the continuous optimization of tariff classification processes.
• Support the handover of stabilized processes and governance structures to the responsible process organization.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in process management, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Experience supporting rollout, documentation, or change management initiatives.
• Experience in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related business functions is an advantage.

Know-how

• Process documentation and visualization.
• Rollout planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Change management and training support.
• Experience with SAP, GTS, T&R, and Docupedia is an advantage.

Languages

• English – Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
• German – Nice to have.
• Portuguese – Nice to have.
