Somfy Group is seeking a Flow Methods & Process Engineer at the Felgueiras plant in Portugal to drive manufacturing process improvements across production and logistics. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Process/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing process engineering and industrial methods.
• Ability to define, document and improve processes, parameters and routings.
• Knowledge of process mapping and data analysis.
• English proficiency; Portuguese required at site.

Aufgaben

• Define and improve manufacturing processes, layouts and materials handling.
• Analyse and optimise physical and information flows to reduce lead times.
• Manage process changes and ensure controlled implementation.
• Support qualification, ramp-up, and equipment validation.
• Develop visual management tools and dashboards for performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve flow issues.
