• Bachelor's in Aviation, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years in flight operations or aviation scheduling; minimum 6 months in related role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing flight schedules with traffic rights, airport logistics, and Slots/PPR requests.
• Collaborate to resolve planning conflicts and delays by evaluating resources and recovery options.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors and other departments; support briefings on changes and requirements.
• Use Trip Planning software to help coordinate services and monitor schedules.
• Stay informed about procedures, technology, and process improvements for efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep safety and compliance up to date.
• Support safety and compliance programs and report issues affecting them.
• Perform additional duties within the same professional scope.
