NetJets Europe seeks an Owner Services Associate to be the primary contact for Owners, handling flight reservations, daily management and inquiries with a prompt, consultative approach. You will load reservations, verify data, and coordinate across Sales, Scheduling and Logistics to ensure flawless service.

Fluency in English and German, plus MS Office proficiency, are required. Bachelor's in Aviation or Tourism is preferred; experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Qualificações

• University degree preferred with an emphasis in aviation or tourism.
• Experience in customer-facing or call centre environments.
• Fluency in English and German with proficient follow-ups (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with Owners as first point of contact for flights and inquiries.
• Guide new flight reservations and changes promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information on airports, documents, and travel details.
• Load flight details into IJET/ETM accurately and quickly.
• Ensure data accuracy for all passengers and coordinate with Sales, Scheduling and Logistics.
• Proactively communicate potential issues to minimise impact on Owners.
• Address conflicts or complaints and contribute to Owner satisfaction.
• Back-up travel support for Key Account Managers when needed.
