Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate GenAI-generated content in Finnish to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate bias in AI algorithms.
• Review, label, and categorize content to enhance ML training datasets.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards to support safety policies.
• Provide feedback on language nuances to improve AI responses.
• Stay updated with trends in social media safety guidelines.
• Support the continuous improvement of content moderation workflows through data-driven analysis.
