Next Job Abroad seeks a digitally savvy language lover to join a powerhouse team supporting a leading name in Social Media, Networking, and Virtual Reality. You’ll safeguard online communities, train AI models, and dive into immersive virtual platforms.

Qualificações

• Native or C1-level fluency in Danish.
• English proficiency between B2 and C1 for training materials.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 85%+ accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle mild to sensitive online content professionally.
• 1–3 years in customer support, BPO, or gaming support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support digital workflows across AI trend spotting, metaverse integrity, and brand protection.
• Review content and user reports to aid data collection for ML/AI training.
• Assist via chat and email with account access, blocking, or queries.
• Provide outbound follow-ups and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
