Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Danish-speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our international team in Greece. You will monitor and moderate social media content, applying safety guidelines and using GenAI tools to detect policy violations.

You will collaborate with engineers and policy teams, report trends, and ensure culturally aware moderation for the Danish-speaking market, with relocation support and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken) required.
EU passport or residence permit for employment in Greece required.
Experience in social media or digital content moderation preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate GenAI software environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with standards and safety guidelines.
Leverage GenAI tools to identify and mitigate policy violations.
Support trust and safety strategies for a leading global platform.
Review content with cultural sensitivity for the Danish-speaking market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI-driven content detection processes.
Maintain reports on content trends to improve user experience and safety.
Ensure compliance with international digital safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
