Vodafone Portugal is seeking an FP&A specialist to own financial and non-financial information in reporting systems, ensuring integrity and reliability. You’ll provide insights to support strategic decisions and participate in monthly performance reviews.

You will work in a hybrid model with local and group reporting obligations, collaborating with Finance, Commercial and IT. Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting and controlling environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OLAP Cubes or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities with a focus on data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Establish FP&A as owner of Vodafone Portugal’s financial and non-financial information in reporting systems, ensuring integrity.
• Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decisions.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and report results to local management and Group.
• Ensure timely submission of Actuals and Budget information to Vodafone Group.
• Support process improvement initiatives for data generation, management and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Establish FP&A as the owner of Vodafone Portugal’s financial and non-financial information loaded into reporting systems, ensuring its integrity, consistency, and reliability;
• Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic and business decisions;
• Participate in the monthly performance review process, including (not exhaustive):
  Reporting results to local management and Group;
  Review and analyse the main P&L, Capex accounts and Working Capital items, highlighting the main drivers behind variation MoM, YoY and against plan;
  Providing other insights on the overall performance of the company.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Actuals and Budget information to Vodafone Group, maintaining consistency and integrity across reporting systems and repositories, and preparing the supporting materials required for plan submission and discussions with the Group;
• Ensure the timely, accurate and consistent fulfilment of Vodafone Portugal’s reporting obligations to external stakeholders and public authorities;
• Support process improvement initiatives related to the generation, management, and monitoring of financial and non-financial business data.

Who you are

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Experience in financial planning, reporting and controlling environments;
• Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OLAP Cubes or similar reporting tools is considered an advantage;
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities, with a focus on data quality and reporting integrity;
• Ownership and commitment, with careful attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivering high-quality work on time;
• Team player, analytical skills, proactivity;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge and improve existing processes;
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Technology and Vodafone Group functions;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
