Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles; experience in international markets and external auditing will be valued.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP will be considered a plus.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools will be valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong sense of responsibility; Planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for frequent travel and extended stays abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and supervising administrative and financial activities across the Group’s companies outside Portugal.
• Coordinating international financial closings and consolidating financial and management reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, and compliance with deadlines.
• Analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in the definition, monitoring, and control of the annual budget and rolling forecast.
• Managing the financial operations of international subsidiaries including FX risk control and intra-group relations.
• Monitoring and optimizing payment and collection cycles.
• Developing and improving financial reporting and internal control processes; participating in audits.

Reporting to the CFO, the International Controller will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and supervising administrative and financial activities across the Group’s companies outside Portugal;
• Coordinating international financial closings and consolidating financial and management reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, and compliance with deadlines;
• Analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
• Actively participating in the definition, monitoring, and control of the annual budget and rolling forecast, supporting strategic decision-making;
• Managing the financial operations of international subsidiaries, including foreign exchange risk control, capital risk management, and intra-group relations;
• Monitoring and optimizing payment and collection cycles;
• Managing relationships with international banking institutions, including negotiation of terms, monitoring of financing arrangements, and guarantees;
• Developing and improving financial reporting and internal control processes, as well as participating in audits and cross-functional projects.

Requirements and desired profile:
