Job summary

Accenture Portugal is seeking a Management Consulting Director - Finance to act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior Finance stakeholders. The role involves shaping Finance strategy, operating models, and technology-enabled transformations across large-scale programs.

You will lead engagements, guide transformation roadmaps, and work across business, finance, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical solutions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Finance Operating Model, or Finance Process Transformation.
• Deep understanding of the Finance function and core financial processes, with ability to connect process, organization, data, and technology dimensions.
• Consulting experience in Finance Transformation and/or CFO Advisory is mandatory.
• Knowledge of technology-enabled Finance transformation and ERP environments is valued.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs and Finance leadership teams on Transformation priorities, helping define strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identifying market opportunities and client needs.
• Support and lead CFO Advisory engagements across Finance strategy, processes, and transformation programs.
• Define the future vision for the Finance function and translate objectives into initiatives and roadmaps.
• Translate Finance requirements into implementable solutions across business, functional, and technology teams.
• Contribute to Finance Transformation propositions and client opportunities with market insights.
• Leverage Accenture’s methods and multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
