Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation lead to scale analytics and automation. You will be the primary contact for colleagues aiming to automate processes, coordinating support, training, and governance to turn ideas into practical BOTs and data pipelines.

You'll drive self-service adoption, co-develop projects with Palantir Skywise and Google Apps Script, design training for the Transformer Network, ensure BOT governance, and help re-engineer end-to-end processes

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit or Business IT with relevant certifications.
• 5+ years experience leading digital or finance transformation projects and large-scale implementations.
• Negotiation level in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Self-Service Adoption: act as lead technical advisor for self-service automation and enable citizen developers.
• Develop & Lead: co-develop or guide projects using Palantir Skywise and Apps Script with governance alignment.
• Train & On-board: create training content and workshops for the Transformer Network.
• Governance & Process Management: ensure BOT compliance and manage lifecycle of automation requests.
• Process Harmonization: analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Community Animation: foster an active user community with best practices and pipelines.
