Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an experienced finance transformation professional to scale analytics and automation capabilities. You will enable self-service automation, guide projects using Palantir Skywise and Google Apps Script, and mentor the Transformer community while ensuring governance and compliance across BOTs.

With a background in corporate finance and 5+ years in large-scale transformations, you will drive adoption, design training, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit or Business IT with relevant certifications.
• Language: negotiation level in English.
• 5+ years experience leading digital or finance transformation or large-scale projects and system implementations.
• Solid foundational knowledge of financial mechanisms (consolidation, budgeting, forecasting).
• Experience in change management, project management (Agile/LBIP+), and guiding teams through transformation roadmaps.
• Palantir Skywise: building pipelines, managing datasets, configuring AIP/Skywise applications.
• Google Apps Script: JavaScript/Apps Script development and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for colleagues to automate processes and enable self-service adoption.
• Co-develop or guide projects using Palantir Skywise and Apps Script.
• Design and deliver training content and onboarding for the Transformer Network.
• Ensure BOTs compliance and manage life-cycle processes for automation requests.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify where automation can replace manual tasks.
• Foster an active Transformer community and share best practices.
