ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) in Oeiras, Portugal is seeking a Finance Trainee (m/f) French, German, Dutch Speaker for a 9-12 month program. You will drive core accounting processes across R2R, O2C, Treasury, Intercompany and AP, supporting journal accuracy and a smooth financial close.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related.
• Mandatory English and at least one other language French, German or Dutch.
• Passionate about collaborating with people from different cultures.

• Appetite for challenges and eager to drive changes in the organization.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of R2R and Month-End Close with journal accuracy and balance sheet integrity.
• O2C: assist in managing customer orders, billing and payment reconciliation.
• Treasury operations: daily bank reconciliations, cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Intercompany matching and settlement with global finance counterparts.
• Process optimization: automate manual Excel/ERP tasks and document standardized procedures.
