Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the evolution of Finance and Risk data ecosystems. Working in a global Agile environment, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will manage the full requirements lifecycle, from analysis and specification through testing and deployment, contributing to a strategic transformation program modernizing data management through APIs, data virtualization, and enhanced integration frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements with BPMN/UML and user stories.
Strong Agile background with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.
Experience in designing and executing IST, Functional, and UAT testing.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and data virtualization concepts.
Familiarity with data management, reference data, and data quality analysis.
Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and processes.
Manage and prioritize product backlog to align with MVP delivery.
Analyze current processes and design optimized future workflows.
Serve as liaison between business areas and development teams.
Define test strategies and prepare IST, Functional, and UAT scenarios.
Validate solutions against requirements and manage defects.
