Inetum is a European leader in digital services and Technology transformation. We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive the evolution of Finance and Risk data ecosystems in a global Agile setting.
You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. The role focuses on data accessibility, quality, and integration across reference data sources, enabling faster decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Experience with reference data, data management, or database-related projects.
- Experience in Finance, Risk, Banking, or regulated environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Manage and prioritize backlog aligned with business objectives and MVP.
- Analyze As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows for improvements.
- Serve as liaison between business areas and development teams; present updates.
