Job summary

Euronext in Porto is seeking a Finance Processes & Continuous Improvement Lead to shape and optimise our Finance operating model. You will own governance of process, data and system ownership, driving end-to-end accountability across Finance.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, build an improvement roadmap, and partner with Operations, IT and Data teams to deliver tangible business value through automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Data/Technology or a related field.
• 6+ years in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience driving process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled initiatives in complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading Finance process governance, bringing together process, data and system owners to drive end-to-end accountability.
• Owning the Continuous Improvement governance, standards and documentation across Finance.
• Driving cross-functional process reviews to identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise Finance operations.
• Building and managing the Finance improvement roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business value, impact and resource availability.
• Coordinating the delivery and adoption of process improvements across Finance, partnering with Operations, IT and Data teams.
• Identifying and accelerating automation and AI opportunities to increase efficiency, controls and scalability.

You will report to the Head of Group Corporate Programmes and Operations.
