Cars2Click in Lisbon is seeking an Accounting Technician to manage daily financial tasks and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with Portuguese tax laws. You will coordinate with operations to ensure accurate billing and maintain organized records for external accountants.

The role requires a degree or certification in accounting, proficiency with PHC/Primavera and Excel, and fluent English. A full-time, on-site position offers growth and benefits in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualificações

• Degree or professional certification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Solid experience in payroll processing, financial administration, and Portuguese tax requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (PHC, Primavera).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
• Work permit for Portugal is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily financial tasks including invoice processing, expenses, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain records in the ERP/accounting software.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll including salary calculations and benefits.
• Handle social security declarations, tax withholdings, and legal reporting.
• Archive financial documents for external accountants and support monthly/ quarterly/ annual closings.
