Next Engineering in Porto is seeking a Finance Management Controller for a six-month project to drive monthly closings, budgeting and reporting. You will consolidate financial data across entities and build dashboards for management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management/financial control or FP&A, advanced Excel, VBA, BI tools, and strong stakeholder communication. Domestic and international collaboration may be required. Porto-based role with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Management Control, Financial Control, FP&A or similar.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of VBA, BI tools and TAGETIK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for a temporary (6 months) project.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing controls and analyse financial results and variances.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
• Consolidate and analyse financial data from different entities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy across reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and financial analyses for management.
• Collaborate with Finance teams in Portugal and internationally.
• Support process, reporting and tool improvements, including TAGETIK.
• Participate in transformation projects and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Travel within and outside Portugal when required.
• Support exceptional out-of-hours activities when necessary.
