Job summary

Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, seeks a Finance/Data Analyst in Porto. The role blends data/BI with finance at a 50/50 split, focusing on Power BI, data modeling, reporting, reconciliation and stakeholder support.

Expect 3-4 years of analytics/BI experience, strong Power BI (DAX/Power Query), advanced Excel, and a finance/tech education. Permanent contract, health insurance, and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or BI.
• Strong Power BI skills with DAX and Power Query for dashboards.
• Strong Excel and analytical mindset; some Python exposure is valued.
• Academic background combining Finance and Technology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources with quality checks.
• Build data models and Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
• Support financial closing and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver data insights.
